My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The rooms were clean and quiet, but they could definitely use some upgrades like newer wallpaper and trim. The service was a bit hit or miss; some staff were helpful, while others were rude and unfriendly. The location, however, was incredible, especially being near the Zocalo and the Angel of the Independence landmark. The dining options were good, albeit a bit expensive. The hotel is in a very convenient location, just across the famous Mexican Angel of Independence landmark and ZONA ROSA at Paseo Reforma. The rooms looked a bit old and could use some renovation, but the service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Ivan Navarrete at the front desk. The dining options were good but not excellent.
